1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tkpk6 platform, accessible at tkpk6.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and digital properties operated under the tkpk6 brand ("the Platform"). The operator of the Platform is referred to throughout these Terms as "tkpk6", "we", "us", or "our". Registered users are referred to as "you", "your", or "the Player".

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of tkpk6, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

tkpk6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any such amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and tkpk6 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on tkpk6, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party; you are playing with your own funds for your own account.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not been previously excluded from tkpk6 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of tkpk6 or any of its software providers or payment partners.

tkpk6 conducts age and identity verification at the point of the first withdrawal request, and may conduct checks at any time it deems appropriate. Where age verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to withhold all funds in the account pending resolution. Accounts belonging to players found to be under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with our legal obligations.

By registering an account, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. You further warrant that you will notify tkpk6 promptly if any of this information changes.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Opening an Account

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on tkpk6. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, cancellation of all pending bonuses, and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

To register an account, you must provide a valid mobile number, a working email address, and a secure password. You agree that all registration details are truthful and belong to you personally. tkpk6 may require additional identification documents — including a National ID (NID) card, passport, or driving licence — to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. tkpk6 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify tkpk6 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

tkpk6 reserves the right to suspend or lock an account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that account security has been compromised, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that the account is being accessed by someone other than the registered holder.

3.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations, tkpk6 requires all players to complete identity verification prior to processing their first withdrawal. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (NID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkpk6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion at any stage. tkpk6 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, international card payments, or wire transfers from outside Bangladesh.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, although tkpk6 reserves the right to impose account-level deposit caps in accordance with responsible gaming policy or upon the player's own request. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tkpk6 wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours during standard banking days. tkpk6 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems requires further scrutiny.

4.4 Refunds & Chargebacks

Due to the nature of online gambling, all deposits are final once credited to your tkpk6 gaming wallet. tkpk6 does not issue refunds on deposited funds that have been wagered. Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without prior contact with tkpk6 support may result in immediate account suspension and may be treated as an act of fraud. If you have a genuine dispute regarding a transaction, please contact our support team directly before initiating any chargeback procedure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tkpk6 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cricket betting boosts, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. Each player may claim each specific bonus offer once unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement on tkpk6 is 30x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states a different figure. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of bonus activation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute at the rate applicable to the specific promotion. Crash games and instant games contribute at 50% unless specified otherwise.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not yet been met, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

tkpk6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the application of a bonus, the decision of tkpk6 management is final.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on tkpk6 are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the specific rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters set by its respective provider. Players are encouraged to review the in-game rules and help documentation before wagering real money on any title.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a casino session or sports bet, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a server error, the bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet in full.
• If a sports bet is accepted but the relevant event is subsequently cancelled or postponed (and not rescheduled within 72 hours), the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on tkpk6, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform (including accounts opened under a different name or identity).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location or identity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that involves the use of funds derived from illegal sources.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share bonus rewards.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tkpk6 customer support staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.

tkpk6 reserves the right to investigate all accounts and activity it deems suspicious. During an investigation, the relevant account(s) may be placed on a temporary hold. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, tkpk6 reserves the right to void all bonuses, winnings, and pending transactions associated with the account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your tkpk6 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, you are advised to withdraw any remaining balance from your account. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Please note that if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we recommend using the formal self-exclusion tool available in your account dashboard rather than a standard closure, as this activates additional safeguards.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by tkpk6

tkpk6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age.
• Chargebacks initiated against tkpk6 without prior dispute resolution contact.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by tkpk6 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, free bet credits, and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances deposited by the player and not yet wagered will be returned to the player's verified payment method where legally required and operationally feasible.

9 Limitation of Liability

tkpk6 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkpk6 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

tkpk6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated gambling winnings.
• Loss of data or account content resulting from technical failures.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.
• Errors or delays in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

In all circumstances where tkpk6 is found to be liable for damages, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tkpk6 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law and the internal policies of tkpk6, applied consistently and in good faith.

In the event of a dispute between you and tkpk6, you agree to first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The support team will investigate your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 72 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the complaint to tkpk6 management by submitting a written complaint to the same email address, clearly marked as a formal complaint.

tkpk6 will make every reasonable effort to resolve formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within this timeframe, the matter may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. Details of the applicable ADR process will be provided at the time of escalation.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that tkpk6 cannot guarantee any winnings or outcomes.
